List of Requirements for Marriage License

  • At least one of the applicants is a resident of Guiguinto.
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
  • Pre-marriage certificate (DSWD)
  • Parents Consent (18-20 years old)
  • Parents Advised (21-24 years old)
  • CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage)  from NSO
  • Payment of the prescribed fee from the Treasurer’s Office. (P 250.00)

NOTE: All application for marriage license will be release after 10 days of posting.
