List of Requirements for Building Permit Application

1. (A) In case the applicant is the registered owner of the lot :

• Certified true copy of TCT
• Tax Declaration, and
• Current Real Property Tax Receipt

(B) In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot :

• Duly notarized copy of the Contract of Lease, or
• Duly notarized copy of the Deed of Absolote Sale, or
• Duly notarized copy of the Contract of Sale

2. Five (5) sets of plans & specifications prepared, signed and sealed

• by a duly lisenced architect or civil engineer, in case of architectural and structural plans;
• by a duly license sanitary engineer or master plumber, in case of plumbing or sanitary installation plans;
• by a duly license professional electrical engineer, in case of electrical plans;
• by a duly license professional mechanical engineer, in case of mechanical plans;

3. (5) sets of Structural Design and Computations (for 2 storey & above)

4. (5) sets of Bill of materials and estimated cost

5. Zoning Clearance

6. Barangay Cloearance

NOTE: Plans and specifications shall ne be required for

• traditional indigenous family dwellings which are intended for the use and occupancy of the family of the owner only and constructed of native materials such as bamboo, nipa, logs or lumber, the total cost of which does not exceed fifteen thousand pesos (15,000.00)
• single detached dwellings up to 20 sq.m in fllor area
