INFRASTRUCTURE AND INDUSTRY

Warehousing is one of the distinct aspects Guiguinto has to offer, for active and conscious entrepreneurs seeking good preference sites for their venture. Guiguinto is very accessible only 34 km. away from Metro Manila via North Luzon Expressway through the Tabang, Sta. Rita and Guiguinto exits. Its road networks can easily serve the largest of all transport vehicles. Strategically, it is located at the center of the distribution and trading hub with an easy access to two ports and airports namely, the Port of Manila in the south and the Subic Port in the north, and the NAIA and DMIA in Clark, respectively.  Two pioneers in Guiguinto’s warehousing industry are the Bulacan Metro Warehouse Center and the RIS Development Corporation.

The JICA road is one of the main projects being constructed in the areas of Barangay Tabe and Tiaong in Guiguinto and town of Balagtas and Bocaue, it will attract more investors, since the closure of Tabe Entry-Exit.The newly open Tabe-Tuktukan diversion road making its way to lessen traffic in Cruz area (Tuktukan-Poblacion, Tabe-Panginay) and made the motorist hustle-free to their destination.
There is also an on-going construction of cemetery in Barangay Ilang-Ilang, The Heritage Cemetery which offers new technology of burying the dead and wider space for the convenience of people visiting their departed loved ones.

WATER

The water supply in Guiguinto is being provided by Hiyas Water System under the Guiguinto Municipal Water Districts (P 17. 00 per cu. m.) and waterworks systems tapping underground sources. Almost 11 barangays are already being served.

COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL

Banking and financial institutions are a common sight in Guiguinto. They cater to the financial needs of businesses found not only in the area, but to adjoining towns as well. They can also provide monetary assistance not only to the existing established businesses but also to even new aspiring entrepreneurs. The countries biggest and most stable banks like BPI and Metrobank are located here as well as trusted and competent experienced lending institutions and cooperatives. In 2007, (as of May 17) there are about 834 commercial establishments that were issued permits and licenses by the local government.
