GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Social Services Development
(ISSSUE No. 1) Ineffective Solid Waste Management Board
- GOAL: ORGANIZED AND FUNCTIONAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD
- OBJECTIVE: To organize the SWMB as per RA. 9003 up to the Barangay level
(ISSSUE No. 2) 3% of Households have no access to potable & safe water
- GOAL: ACCESSIBLE POTABLE & SAFE WATER
- OBJECTIVE: To introduce newly discovered water treatment recommended by DOH
- OBJECTIVE: To reduce the number of household who have no access to potable &safe water from 3% to 1% by the year 2010
(ISSSUE No. 3) Squatters
- GOAL: REDUCE THE NUMBER OF SQUATTERS FROM 500 to 200 BY YEAR 2010
- OBJECTIVE: To regulate the proliferation of squatters
(ISSSUE No. 4) Education
- GOAL: TO PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION
- OBJECTIVE: To decrease OSY Elem & Secondary by 50% at the end of 2010
- OBJECTIVE: To reduce the teacher pupil ratio to 1:45
- OBJECTIVE: To provide totally free elementary education
ECONOMIC
(ISSSUE) Low percentatge of new jobs created as a result of investment promotion of the LGU
