The Guiguinto Engineering Department functions as construction arm of the Guiguinto Local Government tasked to continuously developed its technology for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all infrastructure facilities & securing for all public works & roadways the highest efficiency & quality construction.

The Engineering Department is currently responsible for the planning, design, construction & maintenance of infrastructure, especially roadways, flood control & water resources development system & other public works in accordance with local & as well as national development objectives.

• Responsibilities of Engineering Department
  • ROADS - Design, construction & maintenance of Municipal & Barangay Roads
• FLOOD CONTROL - Construction and maintenance of major flood control such as river, creek, excavation & design construction and maintenance of drainage facilities
• WATER SUPPLY - Design, construction and maintenance of Level 2 and Level 3 water supply facilities.
• OFFICE AND SCHOOL BUILDINGS - Design, construction and maintenance of Local Government Buildings
