Recognizing the vital role of employees in the achievement of organizational objectives, the Municipal Government of Guiguinto thru the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), continued to offer the package of incentives and benefits that could boost employees’ productivity and efficiency. Some municipal employees were selected by the Special Scholarship Committee & the Sponsoring Agencies abroad to participate and represent the country to various international trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator Office
Formulate integrated economic, social, physical and other development plans and policies for the progress of the entire municipality. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the different development programs, projects, and activities in the LGU concerned in accordance with the approved development plan.
Initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works in general of the LGU concerned.
In-charge in the overall management of Sangguniang Bayan Secretariat and office from recording, drafting of resolutions/ordinances to the facilitation of sessions and hearings.
Take custody of and exercise proper management of the funds and technical supervision over all treasury aspect of the LGU concerned.
Ensures that all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes.
Install and maintain an internal audit system in the LGU concerned.
Prepares forms, orders and circulars embodying instructions on budgetary and appropriations matters for the signature of the mayor. Reviews and consolidates the budget proposals of different offices and department of the LGU.
Responsible for the civil registration program in the LGU concerned, pursuant to the Civil Registry Law, the Civil Code and the pertinent laws, rules and regulations issued to implement them.
Formulates measures for the approval of the sanggunian and provide technical assistance and support to the mayor, as the case maybe, in carrying out said measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provision of adequate facilities relative to agricultural services.
- The Social Welfare and Development Office
Formulates measures for the approval of the sanggunian and provide technical assistance and support to the mayor, as the case maybe, in carrying out said measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provision of adequate facilities relative to social welfare and development services.
Take charge of the office on health services, supervise the personnel and staff of said office, and formulate program implementation guidelines and rules and regulations for the operation of the said office.
